What you should bring to the table:

* Must hold a current Builders Sales Person License

* Creativity and energy that is explosive and contagious

* Sales experience; ability to close the deal

* A strong work ethic

Essential Job Functions:
* Must be able to meet or exceed sales goals
* Must be able to work with buyers, title  mortgage lenders, customers with a smile
* Must be organized and able to keep very detailed and accurate information
* Outstanding communication skills exceptional customer service
* Track competitive market analysis
* Demonstrated proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook/CRM Tools
* Stay current on local markets/real estate rules, laws and regulations, and the        

   competition
