Sales Representative
Family owned and operated for nearly 80 years, Ace ImageWear is looking for aggressive Sales Representatives to generate new business in a defined territory. We are looking for a true hunter, someone with a winning attitude who isn’t afraid to make the calls and the face-to-face visits necessary to close new business. These characteristics are essential, and we will provide training and support to the candidate who demonstrates them. A background of proven success in cold-calling and new-business generation is preferred.

Authorities and Responsibilities
- Ensure that weekly cold call, appointment and sales goals are met or exceeded
- Prospect through cold calls, phone calls, referrals, direct mail, business directories, business listings, trade journals and any other sources deemed reasonable.
- Survey the qualified prospect through an effective tour and sound probing to identify the account's individual needs
- Shortly after installation follow up with consumer and solicit referrals
- Manage territory sales operations with TeleNotes software
- Prepare for and attend weekly sales meeting and “One on One” meetings with the sales manager
Requirements
- Effective time management skills and self motivated
- Effective territory management skills
- Able to stand, walk, drive and/or sit still for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally
- Excellent salesmanship (i.e. prospecting, identifying prospect needs, presenting, handling objections and closing skills)
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance on personal vehicle
