INTRODUCTION
Freedom Wireless is a large Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer operating 33 stores in PA, OH, and NJ. We are part of a larger group which has ambitious plans to grow the business to hundreds of retail stores across the US over the next number of years. The group already has 50 stores operating in the South Eastern market and is constantly seeking additional growth opportunities.
Freedom Wireless is currently headquartered in Butler, PA. The Company has a knowledgeable back office staff supporting its sales team in its retail outlets. The back office team is always being expanding to include a number of additional functions in order to support the Company's growth plans and to transform the business into a world-class customer oriented organization.
JOB RESPONSIBLILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Meet and exceed individual goals
• Sell Verizon Wireless plans and devices
• Have the desire to create urgency for customers to encourage a sale during their first visit
• Take stock of inventory on a daily basis
• Have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Maintain a professional appearance for both you and your store
• Have the ability to work either alone or alongside others in a team environment
• Must have the desire and ability to perform customer service oriented tasks
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be able to embrace change in an ever changing and growing field
• Must be willing to work retail hours including holidays and weekends
• Need to possess the ability to multitask
