NCH is established, yet growing and we need to attract top sales talent to support our overall business growth plan. This key role will be the front line of our organization, based out of Omaha and will have the opportunity to interact with our key customers in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota. Not only will you be selling for one of the top distributors of plumbing repair and plumbing parts, you will also be developing new accounts and growing your business. Responsibilities –

• Selling products while developing new accounts through prospecting activities
• Planning and conducting an assigned number of sales calls daily to hit sales targets
• Managing and servicing assigned existing business (with the exception of Home Depot and Lowe’s)
• Updating management consistently on progress
• Attending and actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions
• Achieving and exceeding sales goals and new business numbers consistently
• Travel overnight 4 – 6 nights a month

Position Requirements:
Skills –
• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
• 2+ years of outside sales/business development experience
• Track record of success consistently prospecting for new business and making sales calls in order to build and establish an account base
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage time while working independently
• Extremely goal oriented setting and achieving challenging sales goals and managing existing business within defined territory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and maintain these relationships
• Strong desire for career in sales with a competitive attitude, confidence and desire for personal and professional growth
• Ability to travel overnight 4 – 6 nights a month
