Sales Representative- Active Series 7 & 63 REQUIRED recruitment
Our online brokerage, OptionsHouse, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Key Skills Responsibilities:
- Convert hot leads to funded accounts by contacting customers and guiding them through the account opening and funding process
- Demonstrate trading platform functionality
- Interface with the customer service, operations, and trade desk to present a streamlined, positive experience for our new customer
- Use and suggest promotional offers to influence prospective customers to fund their account and trade at OptionsHouse
- Follow up in a timely matter with prospective customers
- Partner with other departments to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
- Proactive approach to developing and strengthening procedures and processes.
- The ability to coordinate with multiple teams across OptionsHouse such as marketing, technology, operations and customer service to existing protocols
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Options industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, writing and reporting skills
- Proven ability to sell and close business prospects
- Current Series 7 63 licenses (REQUIRED
- Data Management skills; proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Proven dedication to providing a top-notch customer experience
