Position overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for execution of the sales strategy in the assigned region in order to improve sales volume. The tasks are the following: market research, competitor watch, customer database maintenance, customer relationship management with existing and new partners, acquiring new clients by initiating cold calls, providing relevant product information, holding presentations, giving advice on promotion activities, executing promotion campaigns, handling customer complaints, issue resolution. In addition the sales representative’s responsibility is to create monthly reports on sales activity. The company gives to the new employee the opportunity to participate on various trainings in order to reach a higher performance and an effective professional self-development.
Requirements
Collage or University Degree in Agriculture
1-3 years of experience
Driving licence B
Reasonable communication and networking skills
Negotiation skills, strong sales and entrepreneurial attitude, flexibility
Computer knowledge
Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must
