Sales Representative - CNS Specialty Pharmaceuticals
Our client is a specialty division of a multi-divisional pharmaceutical manufacturer and a leader in their segment of the industry. They have asked us to locate a new sales representative to sell their prescription products to specialists physicians in the West Springfield to Pittsfield and Amherst, Massachusetts area.
The candidate we seek will have a 4-year degree and 2-5 years of Pharmaceutical sales experience, with a documented track record of success as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. CNS Specialty Pharmaceutical sales experience is helpful and preferred, but not absolutely required. Candidates should ideally also have prior Business-to-Business or similar direct selling experience.
Please note: Candidates who do not have at least 2 years Pharmaceutical sales experience cannot be considered for this position and should NOT bother to apply.
The successful candidate can expect to earn at least $87-109K and possibly more the first year based on a starting salary of $55-77K (depending upon experience) plus a bonus plan that will add $32K at goal, but is uncapped so your income could be even higher based on personal performance.
