Immediate: availability in a Sales/Service position for a busy Insurance office in Chesterfield Missouri. Are you enthusiastic about helping people manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams? Compensation includes listed salary plus a production based incentive plan to give you control over your income. Pre-employment assessments exams and background checks will be required. Bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus

Requirements:
· Insurance Licensed, or ability to obtain license
· Sales experience in insurance
· Enthusiastic about sales contests and challenges
· Previous success in Customer Service
· Property Casualty license, a plus
· Life Health license, a plus
· Willing to learn new products
· Building relationships with current and new clients, asking questions to uncover needs for additional business
· Excellent computer skills experience and ability to adapt to new software
· Adaptable to change
· Creating and implementing a referral generating system
· Conducting Insurance and Financial Reviews with current clients and setting future appointments when appropriate
· Excellent communication skills
