The Opportunity: Insurance experience is not required for this role! Matrix Direct provides world-class training programs that prepare you for success. The Inside Sales Representative will be trained to sell life insurance products to consumers that responded to nation-wide marketing campaigns but were ineligible for a term life insurance policy. Once this has been mastered and performance is high you will be considered for a promotion to Sales Account Executive where you will focus on learning and selling term life insurance products.
This Inside Sales Representative position offers the opportunity for professional advancement and increased compensation based on performance. Moreover, you can do it working 40 hours a week and when you leave the building you leave work behind. We give you all of the tools you need to succeed!

Requirements: The successful candidate is driven to succeed, outgoing, high energy and able to develop rapport quickly over the phone using strong communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate must possess the following:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales position with demonstrated success.
- Computer proficiency, good multi-tasking skills and the ability to type at least 30 WPM required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Bachelors preferred.
