Job Responsibilities:
· Cultivate Bankrate Insurance account base by converting prospects into established accounts
· Communicate Bankrate Insurance products and services to interested agents.
· Teach our agents how we can help them grow their business improve their bottom line
· Continually provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and suggestions
· Accomplish individual sales goals, performance metrics and company goals
Soft Skills and Personal Attributes:
· 5+ years sales experience
· Documented track record of exceeding goals
· Strong influencing and closing skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Extremely organized and self-driven a must
· Thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a track record of initiative, and the ability to multitask
· Support Bankrate Insurance company goals and values
· Cold calling and prospecting experience preferred
· Bachelor’s degree
