The Sales Representative responsibilities will include:
· Prospecting through various means including Dodge reports, marketing lists and visiting customers on a regular schedule
· Meeting and exceeding designated goals for prospecting and activity
· Providing customers with accurate information on our wide range of products and services
· Following up with customers on a timely basis to provide the highest level of customer service
· Maintaining a high level of contact with top customers
Qualified candidate will possess:
· HS Diploma/equivalent; BS Degree or college coursework preferred
· Five years sales experience with a proven record of success; construction/industrial leasing/sales is desirable
· Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel/Outlook
· High degree of initiative and ability to provide strong customer service focus
· Effective interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills
· Some local travel required
