You will be responsible for: Answering incoming phone calls from consumers with an interest in buying a manufacturer vehicle service contract (no cold calling!) Ability to build customer rapport and gain trust. Analyze individual driving habits to recommend appropriate level of coverage. Provide detailed information regarding coverage options and educate consumer regarding the benefits of the coverage. Ask for the sale Process service contract sales Follow-up with customer orders Strictly adhere to company policies, processes, and procedures.
