SALES REPRESENTATIVE Job in Kansas City, Missouri US
We have been asked to assist a rapidly growing Missouri based specialized contracting company to find a sales representative. Their sales representatives earn an average of approximately $100,000 per year.
Representatives call primarily on customers who have insurance related losses. You will work directly with these individuals to quickly evaluate and help them restore their loss. In addition, the role involves new business development.
While sales experience in a construction related area is a plus, the company will train the right person. Some of the company’s current $100,000 earners had no sales experience when hired.
To be successful you must be a self-starter and be results-driven. You must also be able to review and analyze losses and recommend appropriate actions. Since this role is an independent contractor position, you determine how much you earn. You will initially receive a draw of $2,000 per month against future earnings.
Preferred candidates will have the following qualifications:
· A four year college degree and/or equivalent experience
· While previous sales experience is helpful, the company will train you
· Results driven with a desire to excel in sales
· Excellent communication skills
· Computer literate, with a basic understanding of Excel
· Detail oriented, with good follow up skills
· Own or have access to a pickup truck or SUV
This position is an independent contractor role. As such, you will set your own hours and work independently.
