Toyota of Killeen is looking for an experienced sales rep for our New and Used Vehicle Department. Our dealership is privately owned and averages 80 new car sales and 65 used car sales a month. We stay at 6 new and 4 used sales reps.
Commission is based off Gross - $200 PAC. The commission rate is 25% and increases 1% point for every car sold past 6 units to a max of 40% retroactive back to every unit sold during the month. Flats are $100/unit but we will increase flats on certain units. We also have a volume bonus ranging from $400 (10 units) - $1,250 (20 units), a CSI bonus ($200 if green), and $500 bonuses for the salesman with the most units for the month and the highest warranty and finance penetrations. Sales reps earn flats for every warranty, finance contract, and GAP policy that their customer buys and can earn parts spiffs if they reach a certain sales threshold. We also have parts spiffs on new units.
The New and Used Vehicle Dept. is open Monday-Friday from 9 am - 7 PM and on Saturday from 9 am - 5 PM. Sales reps are expected to work 5 days a week and most Saturdays. A desk, (we just bought new Dell computers) computer, business cards, and 5 work shirts will be provided by the company. We also provide on-line and personal training. Jeans and/or shorts may be worn Friday and Saturday. The dealership is closed on New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. We are closed every Sunday.
