To be considered for employment a candidate must have a four year University degree, be eligible to work in Canada, and have a minimum one year business to business sales experience. Preference will be given to those with documented sales awards and proven past leadership experience.
Position Summary:
Responsible for building trust and rapport within physician offices, presenting Watson products in their respective therapeutic class and maximizing territory sales performance
Responsibilities:
- Develops territory routing that follows the company’s call plan and coverage strategy
- Delivers sales messages that follow the company’s sales and marketing strategies
- Builds and maintains rapport with physicians and their staff
- Maintains effective budgetary control of sales expenses
- Maintains constant awareness of sales performance
- Carries out sales responsibilities in accordance with the organizations, federal and provincial laws and regulations
- Ensures compliance with Watson and industry policies and procedures, including safety rules
- Completes administrative responsibilities, as required, on time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingualism (for QC territories)
- Previous sales experience
Work Environment:
- Frequent business travel
- Extended hours
