Job Description

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be primarily responsible for contributing to the increase of profitable sales within the Company's automotive paints division, through the development of new customers, new business and new markets whilst maintaining the portfolio of existing customers. You will regularly liaise with Spray Painters and Body Shop owners to present new products and provide sound technical support to build strong client relationships. You will also be required to propose and adhere to a business plan for the acquisition of new accounts within your territory.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a history of sales success within the automotive industry, with previous experience selling Automotive Refinish coatings or automotive parts. You will be professionally presented, a strong communicator, have a natural drive and the ability to maintain existing relationships whilst also having a significant focus on seeking new business opportunities. This position will suit someone who is driven by KPI's and who has experience preparing sales reports and analysing data using applications such as Microsoft excel.
