Cochran Exteriors is one of Tennessee's leaders in storm and catastrophe restoration. We offer complete commercial and residential restoration, construction, remodeling and repair services. We quickly estimate and repair interior and exterior damage caused by hail, wind, and water.
We work closely with insurance companies and property owners to restore the project. Not only can we improve the aesthetics of our customers' homes, but we coordinate with their insurance providers to secure the funds, as well.
A successful project manager will receive:

We are looking to add two project managers to our Nashville, TN market. Sales duties include (but are not limited to):
- Making initial contact with property owners.
- Securing work authorizations to perform free inspections.
- Delivering industry standard Exactimate estimates that are provided for you.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to represent the policy holder at the property's insurance adjustment.
- Ongoing project management to ensure successful completion of project.
- Collection of insurance proceeds.
