Job Purpose:
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.

Duties:
* Handle Customer inquiries via email, phone or fax; verifying part numbers, descriptions, pricing and entering information. Communicating expected delivery dates; work Technical Pdf files, some purchasing

* Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying products for existing and potential accounts, building rapport with existing and potential customers; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.

*Must be able to multi-task extremely well, and work in excel, word, and use the internet.

*Must have technical mind with willingness to learn and be a solutions provider

* Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.

* Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

*Must have passion for what you do and be team oriented.
