As a Retirement Services Sales Representative, you will represent a strong line of retirement products, selling to both existing payroll customers and non payroll customers. This is consultative sales in that you'll serve as a subject matter expert, identifying and finding solutions that meet customer needs, but it does not have a heavy account management focus. This is fast-paced, short sales cycle business that, post-sale, will be turned over to Corporate for service and ongoing support. This is a role for someone who enjoys the hunt but also wants to promote an important core product that will help numerous people realize their retirement goals. To find success in the role of Sales Representative, Retirement Services, you will need: A high school diploma. 2 to 5 years of documented successful sales experience; preferably in high volume, low maintenance or concept sales. Strong drive and tenacity; the ability to hit and exceed quota. To be a dedicated learner able to understand and explain retirement products. The ability to thrive in a heavily structured, high accountability environment.
