Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for Sheet Labels, Inc. (SheetLabels.com), you will be responsible for the success of our sales development methods and approach to primarily new customer relationships. Own Sales and Follow Up Processes. Identify opportunities to further grow sales initiatives. Evaluate team sales approach, individual sales approach, and company sales approach to ensure proper pricing and product offerings in a dynamic and competitive environment. Work directly with key customers and prospects to develop sales and handle problem solving on a daily basis. Provide customers with pricing and ordering options. Follow up on sample requests and inquiries to generate sales.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop, implement, and maintain sales procedures and follow up initiatives

Achieve periodic goals and deadlines

Research competition and identify opportunities, strategies, pricing, and methods to improve competitive edge

Negotiate key customer relationships for longer term development

Negotiate pricing for all standard and non-standard quotation inquiries

Identify and engage opportunity and markets within and outside existing customer base

Develop proactive strategies to compete in today's dynamic marketplace

Own all initiatives for growth of sales

Report to Vice President

Qualifications and experience should include:

At 2-5 years of experience in the printing and label manufacturing industry is required, with 5+ years experience in a sales leadership and/or business development leadership related position preferred. Must be a motivated and enthusiastic person to work with as an individual and in dynamic group environments. Professional communications skills are essential via all communications channels including telephone, email, writing, and digital communications. Must be proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and able to learn new applications quickly.

Sheet Labels, Inc. (SheetLabels.com) is a rapidly growing company providing a dynamic work environment. This position is a full time position with a minimum hourly requirement of 40 hours per week.
