Outside Sales Representatives
Job Description
Oliver Exterminating Services Corp.,is currently seeking experienced outside representatives to call on upscale homeowners, commercial/industrial property managers, government officials and local businesses who are in need of Pest, Termite and Bird Control services. This position involves extensive cold calling, tireless prospecting and constant networking activities to be successful.

We are seeking outside representatives to work in one of our branches located at Ponce, Arecibo, and Mayaguez areas.
Skills / Requirements
· Applicants must have prior success calling on homeowners, selling a premium product in a highly competitive market. You can expect to cold call and solicit commercial and residential clients extensively to gain exposure/ sales in this industry
· Applicant must be articulate and accurate explaining our services coupled with strong closing skills.
· Applicant must be good with people, have exceptional listening skills and possess above average problem solving ability.
· Applicant must possess the ability to master concepts and technical info necessary to create effective proposals
· Knowledge of Real Estate and Home Inspection is helpful to accelerate training.
· Applicants should have a prior income of at least $45,000.00 per year.
· We both Drug test and Background check all employee’s
· We have a very specific startup plan for all new hire sales personnel including sales goals and behavioral expectations that must be followed to ensure success.
· We provide a comprehensive training program, Medical and Dental insurances after 90 days of employment and Life, Disability and 401K programs after 1 year of employment.
· We also provide a company cell phone and a vehicle or vehicle allowance.

Pay Rate / $35K + per year draw against Commission
