Sales Representative (Account Executive) to join their team in San Ramon CA. This company has more than 100 offices and serves approximately 554,000 payroll clients nationwide. They provide comprehensive payroll services and Human Resource (HR) services. The posting might require travel outside of your territory for conferences, training sessions, and/or regional or national meetings.
Overview of Responsibilities: This Sales Representative will be responsible for....
- Presenting HR outsourcing products and services . These services include employee handbooks, employee management solutions, and new hire reporting, to final decision makers and end users within the prospect universe.
- Scheduling appointments and visiting potential and current referral sources, specifically the financial advisor channel to secure referrals to end users.
- Sales prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by sales management.
Salary and Benefits
Base salary $47K-$49k + $8k per year expense acct + commission 1st year $90-110K. Top earners are making $200-300k.

Requirements:
- High school diploma with 2-4 years relevant sales/sales management experience is required. Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience.
- Candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Experience with business development, cold calling, outside sales and B2B sales is helpful.
