Position Summary:

As a Sales Representative you’ll achieve success by calling on real estate professionals to present and close sales on our full scope of marketing and contact management solutions.   Through enthusiastic and persistent follow through, you’ll convert leads into new customers be on your way to exceeding sales quota and increasing your income potential.

 

Success Drivers:

·         Ability to continuously prospect and generate leads through cold calling (80-100 calls/day)

·         Meet and exceed sales plan targets by calling into targeted subscribers and assigned leads to meet monthly sales quotas.

·         Timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

·         Actively listen to determine business needs of each prospect and provide customized solutions.

·         Accurately convey our value proposition in a manner that demonstrates general business knowledge and in line with the understanding of what the customer needs.

·         Demonstrate high closing percentages on both cold and warm marketing leads.

 

Qualifications:

·         You have a passion for selling and closing business deals through short cycle, telephone consultative sales.

·         Motivated by competition, recognition and increasing earnings potential you’ve demonstrated the ability to meet, or exceed revenue goals.

·         Goal driven, with proven results in a competitive environment a must

·         Able to effectively work independently within our inside sales team environment.

·         You are assertive with a “Go-for-the-Sale” attitude enabling you to exceed quotas, keep a positive outlook and you aren’t deterred by rejection.

·         Able to identify and attract new subscribers through your experience with cold calling on individuals or small businesses.

·         Experience with selling Search Engine Marketing services highly desirable.
