 This is a permanent, part-time, contracted position

The Company is a Medical Device Company that is privately held and located in the Midwest. Our client is FDA approved with reimbursement from Medicare major insurance companies. As a result, they have experienced substantial growth and are expanding their sales force across the country.

The Sales Representatives call on Family Practice, General Practice, ENT’s, and Internal Medicine physician offices.

The Rep.’s need to be available Monday through Friday to do 12 lunch appointment/presentations a month in addition to maintenance visits with new current clients. The lunch appointments are set-up by an inside sales team. Maintenance visits are typically done before or after lunches or on days no lunch appointments are scheduled. Rep.’s may need to start maintenance visits the next morning or afternoon after a lunch appointment based on the availabilit of the office.

This PART-TIME sales position is compensated with commission bonuses only with uncapped income and does not provide salary or benefits. The lunches are reimbursed according to established budget guidelines based on the number of people attending the lunch presentation. Rep.’s typically work 4-5 hours per day (20-25 hours per week) Monday through Friday during the hours the doctor’s office is open. Lunches start between 11:00-2:00 and can take up to 2 hours with an hour of travel before or after the lunch in addition to their time picking up the lunch. The territory typically is a 50 mile radius.

Compensation is for commission, bonuses, the lunch appointments and the follow up office visits plus gas, milage and lunch reimbursment. This is an Independant Contractor 1099 position, So no salary or health benifits are provided. There is NO CAP on total earnings. In the last 12 months the Sales Reps have earned from $ 2,500.00 to $ 7,700.00 per month.

The only candidates considered for this position will have at least 3 years of sales experience in Business To Business sales  with at least 3 years of territory and account management experience. Experience in medical sales is not necessary but would be a plus.  The Rep. needs to have proficiency with Excel, Word, e-mail, internet texting. All selected candidates will attend an all expenses paid 3 day training class.
