We set ourselves apart from the other insurance companies in a few distinct ways. If hired, you would be a direct employee of the company, not an independent agent. As a direct employee we pay for all of your licensing, offer a base salary plus uncapped commission, as well as great benefits starting day one.
Reps working in your area are typically making about $60,000 their first year. The first 2-3 years at Liberty Mutual will set you up for future success. The harder you work on the front end – the easier things will be for you on the back end. If you work hard, you should be making 6 figures within 3-4 years.
