Key Accountabilities:
- Receive and process call from customers and agents
- Provide information about the company in a professional manner
- Handle calls in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Participate in a training programme and pass successfully
- Use of IT systems throughout the shift
- Great verbal, conversational and written skills
- Maintain active status and efficiency at all times
- Good time keeper
- Maintain a professional and positive manner
- Provide support to the operational needs of the centre when necessary
- Maintain responsibility for for full processes you are engaged in
- Strong Sales and Customer Service Skills
- Good IT and data entry knowledge.
