** $14.00/hr. Part-time ** This position enhances the experience of our customers and drives profitable sales by providing assistance and suggestive selling support to customers. Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements Job Duties/Responsibilities: Takes ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Greets customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner Maintains current knowledge of the Kardashian Kollection merchandise, product features and benefits to communicate to customers Provides honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit Understands website navigation and proactively leverages technology in order to facilitate the customer experience Understands and communicates the latest fashion trends in the industry and connects trends to the Kardashian Kollection merchandise Adjusts presentations on the sales floor based on sell-through, while maintaining the brand standards Partners with other selling and sales support associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service Required Skills: Basic reading, arithmetic, writing and oral communication skills Basic internet navigation Preferred Skills: Apparel sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of ownership, accountability and initiative Ability to positively and proactively connect with customers to build reslationships Years Experience 0 - 1 Years Experience Preferred Minimum Education High School / GED Travel Requirements None
