Sales Specialist
Overview:
The Corporate Treasury Sales Specialist will be responsible for the development of new treasury sales and expansion of existing business relationships, within large, complex, and/or small Corporate Treasury groups. He/She will develop sales plans for designated customers and new business prospects, while maintaining knowledge of treasury management trends and competitive offerings. The specialist will also evaluate clients' needs for services and implement solutions to meet their goals and objectives. Additionally, specialists provide recommendations internally for marketing strategies and product enhancements to increase new and existing business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop treasury management sales plans in conjunction with Account Managers by preparing call lists and prioritizing product sales for assigned territory and prospects.
• Responsible for expanding business relationships at existing clients via sales of relevant solutions throughout the Corporate Treasury workflow.
• Meet regularly with existing customer base to ensure proper servicing of accounts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive practices, including the impact of technology and regulatory and legislative changes on products and services.
• Prepare written proposals and sales presentations to strengthen customer relations and develop new business relationships. Complete all pipeline, activity, and sales reports in an accurate, timely manner and in accordance with Thomson Reuters guidelines.

Qualifications:
• Thorough knowledge of the Financial Markets including the ability to understand various asset classes including FX/MM/FI/Equities etc.
• At least five years selling desktop or research related products.
• Ability to articulate the complex functions of the Corporate Treasury workflow, including trading and counterparty risk, to demonstrate how our tools create value for that organization.
• Understanding of the capabilities inherent in financial services desktop solutions for providing analytics as well as the benefits of datafeeds for automation purposes. Proficiency in MS Excel is also key to meeting this requirement.
• Ability to navigate to proper internal stakeholders to finalize deals as well as accurately forecast pipeline in Salesforce
