• College/ university degree or relevant work experience in a financial industry sector
• 5 years of sales experience within financial markets
• Strong knowledge of Financial Markets with the know-how to advise decision-makers and market professionals on topics concerning all pre trade, trade and post trade services needed by end users in sales, sales trading, trading and execution roles as well as to mid and backoffice employees. The candidate should be comfortable in speaking to compliance officers as well to advise clients how to meet regulatory requirements in relation to their activities in exchange traded instruments.
• Proven track record in entering new accounts and up selling through "consultative selling".
• Must excel and have a track record in creating High-Level relationships at financial institutions.
• Organizational skills, problem solving, result oriented
• Self-starter and hunter mentality
• Excellent English skills; fluent German in written and spoken is mandatory
