The Rental Booth Sales Specialist is responsible for outbound and inbound telesales of rental tradeshow booths both for shows in which Hargrove serves as the general contractor as well as shows that we do not. As Rental Booth Sales Specialist, you will be the first line of contact for Hargrove Exhibitor Services (incoming customer exhibitor booth inquires) and the Rental Booth Sales department providing excellent customer service to all exhibitors prior to, during and after shows. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing the high quality of service by responding to inquiries via fax, phone, mail, and email.
Responsibilities and Duties
Specifically, the duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
· Sell and manage exhibit booth rentals to meet and exceed established revenue, margin and sales goals.
· Respond to all incoming inquires timely and efficiently; qualifying the customer’s needs and provide complete information including written proposals to customer in order to secure the business.
· Prepare and manage HMS sales estimate and budgets.
· Maintain the database of all clients to ensure timely annual follow-up and the ability to utilize database in outgoing corporate communications.
· Process Standard HMS orders and Order Utilities as well as emailing Graphic Proofs to the client for approval.
· Responsible for coordinating sales materials and marketing tools with the marketing, design and exhibitor service teams.
· Maintains complete and evolving library of rental booth renderings with pricing.
· Travel to shows when necessary (up to 20% of travel required) to oversee production and ensure client satisfaction with equipment and services provided by Hargrove.
Required Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
· 4 years experience in sales or tradeshow/exhibit industry experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
· Strong written and verbal communications and organizational skills
· Working knowledge of MSWord, MS Excel and Outlook

This individual must be able to function as part of a team while often working independently.
