A key part of the Segment organization is the client delivery support team.
The team focuses on supporting the Relationship Managers in regards to improving the overall client experience.
The team interfaces with RM, Sales, Coverage, Operations and Technology to ensure the best solution is reached for the client and the business.
As support for the Relationship Managers responsibilities would include:'Tracking End to End Revenue Realization, i.e. From the creation of a CAS ID to the reconciliation of realized revenue'Managing the End to End Account Opening Process'Controlling and tracking of Market and Tax Documentation'Driving internal projects (that have an indirect impact on clients) to completion'Acting as an liaison to operational, technology service partners'Hands on involvement on critical issues

Qualifications
'6-8 years of working knowledge of
Securities Services
Product set/ industry (custody, fund services, etc.)'Exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint MS Project'Exceptional project management skills, must have acted as lead on several key projects'Exceptional problem solving skills, good critical thinking and decision-making skills'Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment'Proven ability to prioritize and efficiently complete assignments while maintaining the highest quality'Exceptional facilitation skills with ability to bring teams to consensus'Ability to troubleshoot issues independently'Navigate through JPMorgan's organization, and create relationships with all levels of JPM staff, including senior management'Proven ability to enhance data flow, processes, and/or reportingMust be able to quickly identify and assess risks and know when it is time to escalate or make recommendations to management
