Sales Structured Solutions Equity & flow Derivatives (m/f) recruitment
Position Scope:
- As Sales structured solutions, Equity flow Derivatives, you will be responsible for new business development as well as advising existing clients about investment decisions in tailor made solutions, stocks, Exchange Traded Funds and Flow Derivatives.
- You will be responsible for the commercial deployment of sales structured solutions based on markets parameters and customers needs
Major Responsibilities:
In order to reach your commercial objectives, you will:
- Provide to clients competitive and creative "Structured Products" corresponding to the client’s needs
- Propose new ideas and solutions
- Respond to requests based on specific legal and fiscal requirements of the country concerned
- Prospect and meet regularly clients and prospects
- Find new customers by selling the services of the desk (high-end performance, access to markets, investment ideas) and peripheral devices related to this activity (hub, custody...)
- Travel at least two days a week to catch news clients (family office, institutional , small banks, insurance…)
• Insure "market intelligence":
- Analyze economical / geopolitical information in order to be able to deliver the best performing products
- Actively communicate with the bank specialists and structuring desks of investment banks in order to draw the products (content, pricing,…)
- Keep up to date with Business and technical innovations
• Sell and promote products
- Respect the specific context in which the customer is located. (market view, theme, legal and fiscal regulations by country).
Profile :
Education qualifications:
- Master degree (BAC + 5) in Economics, finance accounting or Business Administration, Mathematics or Engineering.
- Certificates AIT / ICMA / CFA / CEFA are an advantage
Experience skills:
- Very good knowledge of products. Having a network of existing customers is an advantage
- Experience of at least 5 Years in a trading desk
- Client focus and strong commercial spirit. Ability to develop and acquire new clients
- Very good knowledge of financial markets. Particularly derivatives and understanding of issues underlying financial products and banking activities
- Good command of Information Systems (Reuters, Bloomberg) and knowledge of pricing tools
- Strong leadership
- Personal efficiency
Languages:
- English is mandatory. Other language will be considered as an advantage
