Sales Support Administrator

A City based Investment firm is recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to work within their busy sales team.  The role is initially offered on a 5-6 month basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter.  The purpose of the role is to support a team of Business Development Managers, allowing them to be as active and productive as possible.  Key functions of this role include: providing reliable and useable MI, identifying and qualifying leads, and uncovering/maximising opportunities from all Intermediary contact.

In this role, you will be providing full support to the sales team, recording information on their in-house system.  You will be providing feedback to BDM’s and sending out literature as needed.  You will be dealing directly with customers/clients by taking phone calls and dealing with general queries; outstanding communication skills are therefore essential.

This is a unique role working within a team of c.8 people.  This is a busy role that will suit a person who is able to remain calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines and certainly be able to multi-task.
