Sales Support Analyst Job in Louisville 40223, Kentucky US
Partner with Sales Executives to coordinate and project manage sales and marketing programs with external advertising agency customers and QuinStreet’s internal teams ensuring high customer satisfaction and significant revenue growth.
Essential Functions:
· Works with Sales Executives and Associate Publishers to prepare winning RFP’s for submission to agency and clients.
· Proactively coordinates internal reporting and documentation to ensure timely campaign starts and optimized performance.
· Produces internal insertion orders for campaign initiation and as necessary as delivery performance requires it.
· Actively maintains weekly records documenting all communication affecting all advertising programs for assigned Sales Executive’s list of accounts.
· Makes full use of Salesforce.com as a tool to record and report on customer communications, campaign management and reports.
· Provides reporting back to ad agency and clients at campaign start or when changes occur requiring new creative or placement.
· Knowing that teamwork gets best results - Works closely with internal resources and outside vendors as necessary to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.
Experience and Education:
· Recent grad or 1-2 of experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related area
Performance Skills:
• Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint a requirement.
• Prior experience in Salesforce.com a plus.
