Position: Sales Support Analyst
Hours: 9.00am-17.30pm (Monday-Friday)
Starting Salary: £16,838

Main Purpose Of Role:
Maximise the Sales opportunity by effectively and efficiently contributing towards sales support activity.
Logging of Tenders Requested from Customers, Consultants and Business Development
Analyse and Validate information
Process Compliance
Attend and Contribute to Team Meetings
Query handling
Provide support to Senior Analyst, Team Manager and Consultant Account Managers
Knowledge And Skills:
High level of organisation required to manage a varied workload in a busy environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal staff and customers
Ability to use initiative and originate actions with minimal supervision.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving queries.
Understanding of the end to end customer journey process
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to achieve
Achieving results and KPI's- to benefit the business and the customer
Problem solving capabilities
Determination to pursue issues and queries to a conclusion in a timely manner.
A knowledge of the deregulated electricity and gas supply markets would be an advantage.
A positive and resilient attitude.
Self motivated with the ability to motivate team members.
High levels of initiative to ensure that the process flows smoothly and mistakes are minimised.
PC literacy - including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and a range of inhouse systems.
Ability to work under pressure.
Effective keyboard skills and data input.
Accuracy and attention to detail are vital
