  • Single Point of contact for Field Sales
  • Attend Weekly Commit and Forecast Calls with Service Sales
  • Monitor Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly commit for allocated Sales Team members
  • Provide daily weekly updates to Teamlead on Commit and Forecast
  • Manage Escalations and expectations of Sales and cross-functional Teams
  • Send Daily updates to Sales
  • Provide feedback to Service Sales Productivity Team
