Calling all scientific graduates? Do you have a chemistry, environmental, pharmaceutical or ecology degree? Do you have an excellent telephone manner and love putting your customers at the heart of everything you do? If so, our client, the largest privately owned waste management company in the UK, is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join their team.

Developing a rewarding career with one of the major players in the industry, as a Sales Support Assistant, you'll be assisting the Technical Sales function by providing first class administration and customer services support in response to customers' hazardous waste enquiries.

With confidence and efficiency, you will answer customer calls, provide assistance where necessary, provide basic quotations and devise and manage a program to ensure all sales quotations are followed up. And, if you prove yourself, there is the potential to move into a sales position.

So is this the role for you? If you have a scientific degree that comprises an element of chemistry, such as environmental, ecology or pharmaceutical, our client wants to hear from you. Additionally, you must have experience of providing customer service (this can be gained in a retail environment).
