Sales Support Assistant Job in Milton Keynes, Home Counties UK
We are recruiting for one of our large clients based in Milton Keynes who are seeking a Sales Support Assistant.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the managers and team and to produce accurate management information. You will be required to produce monthly and adhoc reports from SAP and other bespoke software. PowerPoint presentations and assisting in creativity is a must with monitoring customer competitor activity and market brands. Assisting with daily administrative duties such as internal and external telephone and emails, management of diaries, booking flights and accommodation.
We are looking for someone who has good administrative skills and the ability to multi task and collate data in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to have experience supporting a team of people preferably within a sales environment. Experience with excel, pivot tables and producing figures.
Will need to demonstrate excel, PowerPoint and administrative skills.
