In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Creates, prepares and distributes business reports and analyses related to the day to day support of post-sales order transactions; utilizes Company systems and Microsoft Excel/Access/PowerPoint in preparation of reports
- Enters data in a timely and efficient manner and is responsible for maintaining documentation and records for the sales support team.
- Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions and reporting of customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports); handles multiple low to moderately complex customer accounts.
- Helps resolve minimally to moderately complex customer issues (e.g., distribution, pricing) and proactively follows-up to assist external-facing customer service representatives.
