General Position Description: Client Services Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls while providing a superior level of customer service and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities:

1.     Answer consumer calls and provide excellent customer service

2.     Resolve customer service inquiries using established scripts to assist customer

3.     Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.

4.     Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.

5.     Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.

6.     Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and sometimes complex computer system applications

7.     Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone

8.     Ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of service within each product

9.     Log merchant data into sales database (Salesforce)

10.   Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

11.   Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

1.     High School Diploma

2.     Previous training or support experience

3.     Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel

4.     Demonstrate professional phone image, listening, and relationship building skills

5.     Professional and team oriented attitude


Additional Qualifications:

1.     Post high school education preferred

2.     Bilingual candidates preferred

3.     Previous wireless sales or support experience preferred
