The role is responsible for providing implementation and training support for ANZ customers, Relationship Managers and Transaction Banking Managers in Commercial Banking. You will also be responsible, where required, for providing onsite consultation and solutions scoping, as well as installation and training for clients with complex transaction banking needs, particularly for Transactive, Fileactive and Cashactive product solutions. Your duties would likewise include Tier 2 accreditation to sell simple products such as BPAY and Direct Debit to Commercial clients, as well as processing of "OneSwitch" applications.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Strong knowledge of Transactive internet banking platform, Fileactive and Cashactive products
• Experience in providing onsite needs analysis, scoping, installation and training for Transactive, with an ability to work with clients' technical staff to deliver solutions
• High level of proficiency in the processing of administration functions, including document preparation, validation and fulfillment
• Excellent problem solving abilities, and strong PC skills
• Highly developed team ethic, ability to work autonomously, and drive to complete all work in progress
• Excellent attention to detail
