Sales Support – International Brokerage recruitment
The Company
Our client is a well established Brokerage looking for a junior sales support to join the E-commerce team.
The Role
- Act as both a broker support and client sales
- Establish a solid rapport with key accounts through visits, entertaining and providing expectional client servicing.
- Bridge the gap between the technology and the trader
- Manage all Client and Broker support issues : functionality/login/admin in close association with local and regional IT staff
This focus of this role is to support and develop the use of hybrid and electronic execution for the FX, Fixed
Income and Derivative product suites
Your Profile
- A degree holder in finance or equivalent
- 2-4 years experience in a client servicing/sales support environment within a financial institution, preferably a brokerage.
- Excellent knowledge of products like fx, Fixed Income and Derivative products
- Good knowledge of solid sales practices
- Good organization and can work under tight deadlines
- Sound networking and liaison skills to ensure commitment to project deliverables
- Fluency in English and Chinese/ Cantonese is a must
