Sales Support Manager, Salary: £19k with up to £30k OTE, Location: Hampshire

 

Summary

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an expanding energy company in Hampshire as a Sales Support Manager. The ideal candidate requires the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within client organisations, suppliers, business partners and associations whilst having strong portfolio management and multi task prioritisation skills.

You will also require the ability to understand and compute complex levels of data and figures from various sources. This role is predominately office based with flexibility to work from home on occasions.

 

You main responsibilities will include:

·         Prospect management through Utility Health Check process

·         Conversion of Prospects in line with Key Performance Indicators

·         Portfolio retention in line with Key Performance Indicators through Indicative Budget forecast process

·         Co-ordination and management of supplier offers, feedback process and relationships

·         Production of quotations and contractual documentation

·         Management of Acceptance process up to point of Registration

·         Attending Conferences

·         Customer meetings

·         Escalated queries and contractual disputes

·         Ongoing management and scheduling of Lost customers and prospects

·         Alignment of customer portfolio management and communications with Customer Account Managers

·         Adhere to business processes and maintain integrity of data in CRM at all times

 

Experience and Knowledge Required

 

·         Demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’

·         Technical understanding of both Gas and Electricity supply industry would be an advantage

·         Team Player who will fit into the company ethos

·         Excellent communication and organisational skills

·         Strong attention to detail in time pressured situations

·         Strong selling and negotiation skills

·         Be able to represent the company at external meetings and events and be comfortable presenting in both circumstances

·         Self motivated
