Sales Mortgage – Red Rocks Credit Union

Responsibilities
§ Deliver highest levels of service through positive interaction with colleagues and vendors.
§ Have a basic knowledge of consumer loan and mortgage vocabulary and processes.
§ Support Sales Officers in the origination of consumer and mortgage loans including but not limited to verification of employment, new member follow up, income verification, and document retrieval.
§ Support the sales function by monitoring the collateral tracking system to ensure the timely receipt of recorded loan collateral and handle all aspects of lien perfection and release.
§ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the credit union’s lending programs to ensure accurate and timely decisions and funding of loan contracts, and input into the core processing systems.
§ Contribute to a collaborative team environment that promotes positive working relationships and productivity.
§ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the credit union’s product offerings in order to resolve internal and external inquiries related to the processing and servicing of consumer and mortgage loans.
Minimums
A High School diploma and a minimum of 1 year experience in a mortgage or consumer lending environment is required.
