Sales Support Officer – Merchant Account Maintenance recruitment
This client is a reputable and one of the largest electronic transaction processing vendor globally. Covering comprehensive business to business payment card and processing services. This position is expected to perform all functions related to Merchant Account Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Change of Constitution/ Change of Mailing/ Correspondence/ Physical Address, Rate/ Review Amendment, Bank Settlement Account, and Termination of Account.
- Handles Terminal Application for Temporary Events and Request of Additional Terminal for existing outlets
- Generates maintenance request forms for Terminal Deployment, Reprogramming, and Retrieval for terminal vendors.
- Monitors check payments and/ or refund of Terminal Deposits and other related Fees.
- Checks and ensures that all related request, enquiries, and incident received in the assigned Working Queue are updated and closed in a timely manner.
- Coordinates and attend to internal and external customers’ inquiries
- Performs other account maintenance-related tasks
Key Requirements:
- Completed Secondary Education or Tertiary educated as preferred
- Permanent Resident or Singaporean Citizen
- At least two year's clerical experience with credit card knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both written / spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be very keen on details
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Flexible to work beyond regular office hours for occasional office maintenance if required
