Sales Support Representative – Equipment Finance recruitment
Cat Financial, a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc. is dedicated to providing a wide range of financing alternatives to customers and Caterpillar dealers for Caterpillar machinery. Cat Financial has offices located throughout the world and is now seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Representative to join the National Sales Team based at the Tullamarine facility.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for supporting Territory Managers located throughout Australia. Such activities include preparation of financial documentation, quotations, calculations and addressing customer queries from Caterpillar dealers, end users and internal staff.
Extensive training, coaching and hands-on learning will be provided to assist with your development and growth in the role. Opportunities for advancement will be available for the right person who has the desire and motivation to succeed.
To be successful in this position you will ideally hold a finance or business degree and possess relevant work experience in finance, preferably equipment finance. You will have exceptional communication and analytical skills, and posses a strong desire to provide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers. You will also be open to challenging and new experiences with the ability to travel domestically. Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a valid Australian driver’s license are mandatory requirements for this position.
Previous experience in equipment finance, within a similar industry would be highly advantageous.
