As the source of support for this fast-paced team, you will assist our Business Account Executives as an active team member in providing an excellent experience for our small-to-medium sized business customers. Your ability to multitask, plan and organize activities for the direct sales team will be key to your success. While the responsibilities of this position exceeds an administrative role, your strong administrative capabilities will help you in developing presentations and request for proposals (RFP). You'll also provide education and guidance for customers about the products and services we offer as well as pass along information to the direct sales teams you support. Your ability to actively listen to our customers and understand how we can help them will go a long way to driving business results for the company. To be considered, you'll need to have a high school diploma, with previous experience in an administrative role or customer service. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills are also important strengths to have for this role. You'll also need to have experience working in a sales environment, as well as be able to demonstrate how you've been successful working both independently and as a part of a team. Microsoft WORD and EXCEL experience preferred. Previous administrative and customer service experience. Have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy fast-paced environment and possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Self -motivated individual with strong organizational skills required. Working knowledge of cellular/paging/PCS/advanced wireless communication a plus. Ability to travel within a multi-county area required. Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
