First Quality, a leading manufacturer of disposable health care products marketing to the long term care industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the Dallas, Texas Metro Area. This self-motivated, enthusiastic individual will support our customers with all program implementations, maintenance, and educational needs resulting in greater customer satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Calling on current accounts to improve economic and clinical outcomes by better utilizing the products and programs available to them.
- Implementing new account conversions with assistance from Sales Ambassadors and Clinical Staff.
- Conducting business reviews with individual facilities and regional offices.
- Consulting with new and existing accounts on the efficient use of First Quality’s entire product line.
- Reviewing and monitoring product facility usage and coordinating any necessary corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Bachelors Degree (some sales experience a plus).
- Experience in Clinical and/or Patient Care.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to travel extensively and work independently is a MUST.
