The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for Supporting our Inside Sales and Channel Sales Team for our Windows Management Business who cover the region of Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

 

You will be working in a friendly and enthusiastic sales support team of five people.

 

Tasks:

 

-          Support for an Inside Sales Team

-          Preparation and work on quotations within our CRM-System (Salesforce.com)

-          Creation of approval requests for sales and advises on our internal rules and processes

-          Check of incoming orders from customers, partners and distributors

-          Coordination with other departments like Legal, Order Processing, Partner Management, Pre-  and Post sales

-          Creation of reports and templates for the sales team

-          Data administration on our CRM-System

-          Processing of customer requests

-          Assistance replying to RFP’s (Request for proposals)

-          Shipment of info material to customers and partners/distributors

 

The perfect candidate should:

 

-          have a successful finished apprenticeship or Bachelor in business management related areas

-          have experience in similar position

-          have good knowledge and experience with a CRM-System; preferred Salesforce.com or Siebel

-          be able to work in a high pressure environment

-          be able to prioritize objectively and result driven

-          has a pro-active work style with the desire to optimize processes
