Sales Support Specialst (Kroger Account) Job in Cincinnati, Ohio US

Due to expansion, Henkel is hiring two Sale Support Specialist to support the Kroger account. This position involves tracking and clearing of deductions, submitting contracts and new item paperwork 60% of the time. The position also serves as decision support function for field sales personnel involving sales/category analysis and business analysis 40% of the time. Utilizes Kroger KDP data, Dunnhumby data, and sales data to provide decision support and fact based selling tools to Category Manager and Business Manager.

  • Excellent computer skills with office applications ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Ability to organize own work and also assist others in maintaining strong organization.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Produce high quality work that is through, accurate, and timely.
  • 3 -5 years experience sales support or analytics role.
  • Experience working with Kroger accounts is strongly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
